Child Care Resources
Early Intervention Supports
Having a child with extra needs can be challenging for many parents
and / or caregivers. Getting connected to the right resources and supports is important to the health and development of your child and you. We have programs, information and resources to help you navigate the supports within the Langley community.
The Infant Development Program helps families with children 0 - 3 years who have a diagnosis, a developmental delay, or are at risk for a delay in one or more skill areas.  The playgroup runs weekly at the Langley Early Years Centre.  A referral is required.
Langley Child & Youth Mental Health (CYMH) is a partner with the Langley Early Years Centre.  They offer early childhood parenting workshops 2 - 3 times each year. Other resources and information is also vailable.  Please inquire at our office.
The Langley Health Unite offers public health nursing services including screening, assessment, counselling, referral and follow-up, speech and language pathology, audiology, nutrition, dental health, prenatal and post natal services and childhood immunizations.
The Langley Association for Community Living supports over 400 children and youth with special needs and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
The Langley Early Years Centre staff can help families to get connected to Supported Childcare Services through the Langley Child Development Centre. Just inquire at our office for more information.
